Switch to Cell C without losing your old number. Just follow the steps below:
- Bring your latest cellphone bill, original ID or Passport accompanied with your proof of residence.
- Complete both the Application and change request forms in store.
- Wait until your pre-selected change date.
- Your current SIM will become inactive and will no longer work. Once this happens, put your new CELL C SIM card into your phone.
